Shipping Policy

What is your shipping policy?
Orders received before 2 p.m. Monday - Friday EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed within 1-2 business days, pending the merchandise availability. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays. We use FedEx for all orders.

What are your domestic shipping rates?
We offer a flat rate for Domestic Shipping:
$10 for Ground shipping
$20 for Two Day
$35 for Overnight.


Do you ship internationally? What are your international rates?
If you are interested in purchasing items from the PRIM shop but your shipping address is located outside of the US, then please contact: customerservice@primcollection.com

Please note that there may be delays in customs. PRIM is not responsible for these delays, and you may be responsible for taxes or other customs fees for your package.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email, with your FedEx tracking number, when your order has shipped.

Refused shipments:
If you, the customer, refuse any shipments from PRIM, you are responsible for the original shipping charges that are incurred on the package (both original and returned shipments), and the cost of returning the package to PRIM. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
