Return & Exchange
Please return NEW, UNWORN and UNALTERED merchandise with ALL tickets attached and a copy of your invoice, within 7 days for a refund, minus the original shipping charge. Items received after 7 days but within 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise that is received after 14 days or is found to be worn or damaged will NOT be refunded.
If you request an exchange, please follow the instructions on return/exchange form in your order. You will receive an email when the new item(s) ship. Additional shipping charges will apply. If the requested item is not available, you will be refunded instead, and will receive an email when this is complete. Any difference in price for exchanges will be charged or refunded to the same credit card used to place the order.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped via traceable mail. If you have questions please contact our customer service department at customerservice@primcollection.com
Please follow the instructions on the return/exchange form included in your order within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. All returns/exchanges must be shipped via traceable mail. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Please allow 5 business days from your return's arrival at our warehouse for processing. Upon receiving your returned merchandise, we will send a confirmation email informing you that your credit card has been refunded. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase the merchandise.
All sale items marked down to 30% or more are final sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
If you were shipped the wrong item -please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service department at customerservice@primcollection.com. We will ship the correct item and will issue a refund for the cost of return shipping.
The original shipping charge will not be refunded except in cases where we may have made an error.
